sitting underneath a palm tree, rayyan looked over the horizon and listened intently as the
waves crashed on the yellow sands. as the clouds covered the sun and the wind moved swiftly across the ocean and the palm trees, rayyan cried and cried and cried.
rayyan squeezed some sand in his hands and closed his eyes and wailed silently. the dry sand was wet with his tears. he believed that no one will understand him. no one. he wanted to talk to someone but he knew it was best to keep things to himself. it was painful yes, but rayyan knew it was safer if he kept to himself.
the world he was living in is running out of people he could trust.
and so rayyan got up and wiped his tears away. that was all he needed. tears. crying is good for the soul, he always told himself.
as he looked over the horizon, he could see that the sun was beginning to set and the world around him was getting darker and darker by the moment. he was not going to let the same thing happen to his.
life has to move on, even if you'll have to leave or get dumped by people in your life. at the end of the day, everyone will end up alone.
so rayyan dusted off some sand on his jeans and he thought of doing the same thing to the problems he has in his life. he smiled and turned his back against the ocean and the sunset, and in the longest time, he felt relieved and happy.
This is for you Harries. be Strong man. I know u can do it. <3
